Are mornings or evenings better? Is your schedule consistent or variable? What days/times are best for training?

If this question isn't relevant to you, leave it blank.
i.e. advocacy, service, caregiving, etc
Thank you for responding to these questions. We look forward to reading them and discussing them at our next appointment.
You have two next steps. First, prepare for your next appointment by reflecting on the following questions:
Why do you run? (Why do you run at all? Why do you run each time you do? Why do you race (if you do)? Why do you have the running goals you do?)
How does your “why” respond to what God is up to in your life?
How would you like to consider celebrating your “running why” in relation to what God is up to? i.e. races, goal events, and anything else you can imagine!
Second, confirm that you have completed your HHQ, Cancellation Policy, and Coaching Waiver.
You’ll submit your first payment following our next appointment., and you’ll see a message from us through our accounting software called Wave.
Reach out at any point with whatever questions you have!
